Internet vs. Travel Agency

Internet or travel agent?
The airlines eliminated commissions to travel agencies for processing tickets. Therefore, we have implemented the following fees:
$30-50 for single airline tickets processed through our office.
2 tickets, same itinerary: $20-40 each
3 tickets, same itinerary: $15-30 each
4 or more, same itinerary: $10-20 each

NOTE: there are NO fees for airline tickets as part of a tour package, i.e., Hawaii, Mexico, Europe or airfare provided by the cruise lines.

You can reduce or eliminate these fees by purchasing on the internet at sites like www.Expedia.com or
www.Orbitz.com or the individual airline websites.

The most important things to remember:

· This policy only applies to domestic (U.S. travel) or tickets issued through our airline reservation system.

· International travel can often be reserved with a consolidator (wholesaler) at lower prices, no fees to you and with full commission to the travel agency.

· Cruises and tours that include air are generally not affected by this policy.
